We had a truly wonderful experience working with Will Lloyd and his team. We purchased a home in Chatham, NJ mid construction, so although the basic layout of the house was already planned, we were early enough in the process to make some small changes and to select many of the finishes.

Will has a very honest and hard working crew and each time I visited the construction site (sometimes unannounced) they always went out of their way to show me around and point out what was new. Will made the entire process extremely easy. He listened to any ideas or concerns we had and helped us fine tune design choices.

​Even now, long after we've moved in, he's always available if we need him for anything or have questions. The quality of the homes he builds is top notch, but what sets him apart is he is truly an honest and reliable person. He and his team were a pleasure to work with.

W.P. Lloyd built our home. It started with an empty lot March of 2008 in Madison, N.J. and we were moving in for the first day of school the following September. People often comment on the attention to detail and the beautiful moldings in our home. Although it is new construction, the added details and builtins, coffered ceilings, mantels and moldings add to the character which we appreciate. We felt fortunate to work with Will and his staff. We were guided through the experience with assistance picking everything during the project to make our house our own. His carpenters did an excellent job with our ideas. We purchased a newly constructed home from W.P. Lloyd four years ago. The quality and attention to detail that went into our home is head and shoulders above other builders' whose homes we had seen. The house beautifully blends old world craftsmanship and styling with wonderful contemporary features like oversized windows that allow for great light. We also hired the company to add a few built-ins after we moved in which came out very well. We can't rave enough about Will and his team. In our opinion, their work is unmatched in the area.
